Which platforms do you actually cover?

Do you create the content, or do I?
We do — captions, graphics, ad copy, and reel concepts are all included. You supply raw materials where appropriate (photos of the shop, the food, the team). For shoots on-location, we offer photo/video sessions as an add-on.
How is ad spend handled?
You pay the platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) directly from your own account — we manage it, you own it. No markup, no billing-through-us. You always see exactly what's being spent and on what.
How much ad spend do I need?
Ad spend is separate from our management fee. For meaningful results, most Alaska businesses start with a modest monthly ad budget that scales with the business — restaurants and service businesses typically need less, e-commerce and competitive verticals more. We'll recommend a fair starting budget based on your industry and goals during the strategy call.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No contract, but we recommend committing to at least 3 months — social media results take 60–90 days of consistent posting to show traction. We're transparent about this upfront so you don't quit right before it starts working.
Can I combine packages?
Yes — Social Media Management + Ads Management is our most common pairing. Add Graphic Design for full creative coverage. We'll include a bundle discount for 2+ services in your custom quote.
What if I already have a designer / photographer / brand?
We work alongside them. Most medium/large clients already have creative partners — we handle the channel strategy and execution, they keep doing brand work. Clear handoff, no turf wars.
What results should I realistically expect?
Paid ads: meaningful signals in 2–3 weeks, optimized performance by 30–45 days. Organic social: follower growth + engagement in 30 days, real business impact (leads, reservations, calls) in 60–90 days. We set honest expectations upfront so you're not surprised.
